We've built each plan since 2013 to fit where growing small businesses need to achieve a continual growth and build their brand. Each of the three plans cover 90% of what businesses need with the fourth option being a completely custom plan for the remaining 10% of businesses. Most businesses do not need 10+ hours of web design, social media, or search engine support each month. By setting the number of hours, streamlining our processes, and creating the necessary tools to help your business grow we have been able to come up with a set of solutions that save businesses money while providing growth.

At one time, we did, but we no longer do. The reason is there are plenty of hosting providers out there. Our focus is on making your business grow, and building a website and just letting it sit does not achieve that. We are in the business of helping companies and not just letting them sit stagnantly.

If all you need is web hosting our Core Plan will work for you as it provides the minimum of what a company needs. This is:

Our first line is our customer portal that allows the submission and checking of tasks. This allows us to see the details and assign the proper team member(s) to complete your task for you. Most tasks are completed in the same day. Upon completion you will receive an update of everything completed related to your request. For tasks that will take time we communicate that to you with the anticipated completed date and who on the team will be completing the tasks.

Phone Calls

To keep our costs down we do outbound calls when additional clarification or training is required. We ask that everyone utilize email and your personalized customer support portal which allows our team to best serve your request.

Zoom Metings

We are all getting accustomed to Zoom / Video conferencing and have been using these types of systems since 2013 for those spread across the United States to facilitate and work collaboratively together.

In Person

For those close enough to our Valparaiso, Indiana location we will sit down with you to go over items.

We will never go beyond your hours without your permission. We believe in honesty and complete transparency with you always. This way you know waht your cost is. If we've worked together correctly from the start the plan your on will cover all of your needs.

You can change to any current plan at any time. If you see that you need more hours, your business has changed, increased budget, or you need a more personalized touch.

Note: When changing plans you will pay what the current plan price is which can be more or less than what it was when you initially signed up. If you decide to switch back to a previous plan you were on later you will be at the new plan price. When switching plans we will let you know what features you are gaining/losing by moving to a different plan and how it would affect your business before just switching you. Again, this is part of our complete transparency and honesty with you.

Yes, you can change plans each month if it meets your business needs.

Note: When changing plans you will pay what the current plan price is. If you decide to switch back to a previous plan and the price has gone up, or down, on that plan you will be paying the new price of that plan.

Part of our quarterly process is to evaluate everyone of our clients to make certain their needs are being met. If your plan price has gone down you will get an email from our adminitsrative team and be informed of the price decrease and you will be automatically moved down.

If we notice you are gradually increasing your hours and coming close to your plan capacity and we project that you will soon surpass your plan and may go over we will communicate that with you and let you decide what is the best course of action.

Under the Foundation Plan we do limit you to Facebook. If you need a social media platform beyond Facebook than you will want to be on the Professional or a Custom Plan.

Depending on the plan you are on you will need to upgrade to a higher plan. The Professional and Custom Plans have no ad spend limits. The reason other plans have the limit is we use your hours to manage your ad campaigns and require more dedicated time to achieve positive ROI (return on investment) results.

You own everything. We will maintain and promote your business as you recommend. If you decide to leave the following will happen:

  • Website - We will help you find a new web host for your website and help you get everything transferred.
  • Email - We will help you find a new web host for your email and help you get everything transferred.
  • Google My Business (GMB) - Your GMB listing we will send instructions on how to remove us from access and leave in your hands.
  • Bing Places (BP) - Your BP listing we will send instructions on how to remove us from access and leave in your hands.
  • Google Analytics (GA) - Your GA listing we will send instructions on how to remove us from access and leave in your hands.
  • Heat Mapping - Your heat mapping we will send instructions on how to remove us from access and leave in your hands.
  • Google Ads - Your Google Ads listing we will send instructions on how to remove us from access and leave in your hands.
  • Social Media Management - We will provide you instructions to remove us and leave in your hands.
  • Customer Support - We will remove your login from the customer support portal and close your account after we know everything has been completely handed over to you.

We believe this is your business and you should have control who hosts your website. Being the server and certain items are no longer under our control we do have some stipulations on hosting elsewhere. If you do decide to host your website yourself we cannot guarantee/test the following:

  • Backups (Server)
  • Firewall
  • Security (Server)
  • Test Server Creation for Updates
  • Unauthorized software on the server (malware, viruses, etc.)
