When Clients are More than Clients

Every once in awhile, we have one of our clients stop by our office. While most clients stop in businesses to discuss problems or issues, we do something a little different with this particular client.

We just talk

That's right, we talk. Not about business and not about selling him another new product. We just talk about whatever comes to our mind. Sometimes it's about family. Sometimes it's about current events, but not matter what the topic, we take the time so sit back, relax and talk.

That is what separates us from other businesses and one of the things that I love about being a part of the JM2 family. The ability to work closely with our clients on a one-on-one level has led to some meaningful friendships that allow us to connect with some amazing individuals and serve our clients on an even better level.

We have a tendency to take on businesses and organizations with heart. Many people say that their business says that their heart and soul is an essential part of the business but true heart and a true love for what they do is always easy to recognize. It's not just in their business model, but also in their character. It's in how they treat their employees. How their eyes light up when they talk about why they are so passionate about what they do. It's the stories of sacrifice and long hours spent putting their time, money and heart into their vision of the future.

At the end of the day, it is ultimately more rewarding to help a business grow and become the successes they envision rather than charging an exorbitant fee and then moving on to the next client. These people are not just walking dollar signs but people with hopes and dreams. We are right there with them, which is why we just don't take the time, we enjoy our time chatting with our clients. For in many ways, they are just like us, wanting to become successful to best serve the community they live and work in.
